If you do not arrive at all or arrive late or leave early, the following cancellation terms and conditions apply:

• up to 15 days before arrival cancellation is free of charge
• between 14 and 8 days before arrival we charge 40% of the total price
• between 7 and 4 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total price
• from 3 days before arrival we charge 90% of the total price

You can pay the hotel bill in cash, by cheque, cheque card, Visa or MasterCard.

Your room is ready for you from 3.00 p.m. on your day of arrival. Please check out by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

• The third full-paying person in a triple room receives a 20% discount.
• In suites with a separate children's room the third person pays the full price, from the fourth person onwards the discount depends on the age.

• When accommodated in the parents’ room with 2 full-paying adults …

• … children up to the age of 3 stay for €25.00 per day.
• … children aged between 3 and 6 years old enjoy a 60% discount.
• … children aged between 6 and 13 get a 40% discount.

Dogs are welcome at our hotel by prior arrangement and for an extra charge of €12.50 per night. Dog blankets and dog baskets must be brought by the guest. We ask for your understanding that four-legged friends do not have access to the following areas:

• Restaurant
• Garden
• Terrace

The price for a parking space in the garage is € 4.00 per night. The garage parking space is included for guests in the Landhaus.

The listed prices must be understood per person per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Aditionally, a visitor’s tax of € 3,50 and a tourism tax of € 1,00 per person (from 14 years upwards) and night will be charged at the hotel.

The supplement in a single room is €15.00 per night.
